Introducing - The Daily Wellness Journal
This little pad was designed to make sure you start each day in the best frame of mind, by giving you the space to reflect on your feelings and thoughts and keep track of your goals and habits. Printed in the UK on FSC certified paper, this A5 desk pad is the perfect size for your desk yet small enough to stick in a bag and take with you on your travels. Weighing just 50 grammes, the Daily Wellness Journal measures 21 x 15 centimetres and is beautifully illustrated with a unique, hand-drawn Slow Moon design. It features 50 tear-off pages, all fully recyclable, giving you seven weeks of daily focus.
This pad features space to record vital physical factors, such as daily water intake, fruit/veg consumption and exercise as well as gratitudes and details of what you have learned in the day. You can also reflect on your overall feelings for the day and include a quote to keep you motivated as well as recording social and personal movement in the day.
